As part of Regional Boxing Victoria inc, we hold sparring days around country Victoria. The next is 9th and 10th in Wyndham. These days are open to anyone to attend that is at sparring level. The day usually consist of groups fitness, partner drills and open sparring. I can only attend one of the day’(Sunday). If you wish to attend both that is fine all regional coaches work closely together and you will be looked after. These are hugely successful and a great way to develop your skills. If you wish to attend please have your name, age, weight to me ASAP. If you want to compete in the near future I will suggest that you attend.
